[PSP Homebrew] PSPident 0.74.1 released!

Russian coder Yoti has just released a new version of the familiar PSPIdent, a handy tool to identify your PSP’s motherboard, firmware, and much more. Verion 0.74.1 fixes a wrong english string (6.2x -> 6.3x).

[PSP Plugins] Fast Exit Game 2.30 Released

FastExitGame 2.30 by Developer ABCanG has been released. It allows users to exit any game and return to the XMB.

Main Functions and Features:

* Quit to XMB
* Shutdown
* Restart
*Sleep
… Etc

Software reset function – PIL, aLoader, homebrew, PS1 was to move it (PS1 is not confirmed)
Go on, please note that PS1 may be able soft reset.

Installation;
1.FastExitGame 2.3 -> After downloading, extract it.

2. After extracting, copy FastExitGame.prx and FastExitGame.ini to ms0 (ef0): / seplugins /.

3. Open ms0 (ef0): / seplugins / vsh.txt and game.txt and paste this text into:

For PSP:
ms0:/seplugins/FastExitGame.prx 1

PSP Go:
ef0:/seplugins/FastExitGame.prx 1

You can change the keys by editing FastExitGame.ini.

[PSP Plugins] MP3PlayerPlugin v1.7 released!

Plum has just updated its convenient MP3PlayerPlugin.

The MP3PlayerPlugin allows you to listen to your own music while playing a game or when you’re surfing the Internet. Also works it just in your XMB. The good thing about this plugin is that it does not take much memory. So it is hardly noticeable. It is actually a replacement for the outdated music.prx plugin, but it has more features such as different play modes.

In this version the XMB screen while playing bug has been fixed to return from freezing and the behavior of the Plugin has been adjusted.

List of commands:

[L / R] + [□]: Play / Pause

[L / R] + [→]: switch to the right track

[L / R] + [←]: switch to the left track

[L / R] + [↑]: Volume (+)

[L / R] + [↓]: Volume (-)

[L / R] + [START]: Turn on / off Hold

Changelog:

[PSP Emulators] gpSP-J 110507 signed released!

 

The Gameboy Advance emulator for PSP based on gPSP and gPSP kai source code has been updated by the anonymous Japanese coder.

*PSP Slim Hacks User & Team Member flofrucht signed it for us, but the real Coder is a anonymous Japanese coder as we said above.

Instructions:
(1)Copy the extracted PSP folder to your PSP root and overwrite existing files.
(2)Put the gba_bios.bin file in the same folder as the eboot of gpSP-J 110507.
(3)Put your roms in the /roms folder that is in the same folder as the eboot of gpSP-J 110507.
(4)Launch via gpSP-J 110507 and have fun playing your roms.

Note: We don’t provide the BIOS file, you need to download it. Just google it.

[PSP Plugins]PSP Power Controller Version 4.3 released!

 

SnyFbSx’s useful PSP Power Controller plugin has just been released. This plugin lets you create shortcuts to  easily do several things, such s putting your PSP into sleep mode, automatic sleep mode, restart your PSP, power shutdown, battery info, PSP display information and the brightness (Brightness) to adjust. All practical options, but most are already in the VSH menu or something.

The default settings for this plugin.

1.Sleep : Push HOME Button & Triangle Button.

2.Autosleep : Push HOME Button & Cross Button. (You can switch between auto sleep.)

3.Restart : Push HOME Button & Square Button.

4.Supply OFF : Push HOME Button & Circle Button.

5.Battery View : Push HOME Button & Screen Button. (You can toggle the display of the battery.)

6.Log output : Push HOME Button & VolUp Button. (You can switch between battery logging necessity.)

7.Brightness : Push HOME Button & VolDown Button. (You can switch the screen brightness.)

*1: By default, the display of the battery is done. Logging is not output.
